Add or remove countries
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping Rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Scroll down to “Enabled countries.”
- Click in “Select Countries” and type in the country you would like to enable/disable, then check/uncheck the box next to it.
- Click Save.
Add or remove service levels
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping Rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Enable/disable the rate:
- If using a live rate from a carrier connection, check/uncheck the checkbox next to the rate that you would like to enable/disable for this zone. If you do not see the rate you want, connect your carrier.
- If using a rate from a rate sheet, check/uncheck the checkbox next to the rate you would like to enable/disable for this zone. If you do not see the rate you want, upload your rate sheet. Delete a rule by clicking the rule, then clicking Delete.
- Click Save.
Only estimate duty and tax
In zones
By service level
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping Rates -> click on the zone you want to only estimate for.
- Uncheck the box “Landed cost enabled for this zone.”
- Click Save.
Delete a shipping zone
- In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping Rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
- Scroll to the bottom, then click Delete Zone.
Manage shipping zones
Modify or delete a shipping zone.You can adjust shipping zones in Zonos Dashboard based on your needs, including adjusting service levels, turning countries on or off, only estimating duty and tax for certain zones, and deleting the zone entirely.
