Service levels are the live rate shipping methods provided by your carrier via a carrier account connection. Each service level will have specific rates, transit time, and transit type. Here are two examples:
Custom shipping options are created by adding rules from within a zone to offer free, flat-rate, or tiered shipping.
A custom service level is created by using custom rate sheets provided to you by your carrier or 3PL. You may send your rate sheets to our support team to format, upload and create your custom service level. For custom service levels, your only modification options in this section are to waive the disbursement flat fee, the disbursement minimum percentage, and/or the duty and tax forwarding surcharge. If you have negotiated but not waived carrier fees, please reach out to support@zonos.com.
