Customize greeting popup locationÂ
By default, Hello's greeting popup will show in the bottom right corner of your website. You can customize the greeting popup to show in a different location through Dashboard. This will move the Hello flag button and the greeting popup to the desired location on your website. If you don't want to show the Hello flag button, for example, if you are triggering the greeting message with JavaScript, you can disable it on the same settings page.
- Go to Dashboard -> Settings.
- Under the Hello section, click Shopper greeting.
- Select the location you want the greeting popup to show.
- Select whether you want Hello to pop up automatically or if you want to trigger it with JavaScript.
- Click Save.
Customize when Hello greets shoppersÂ
By default, Hello will show up for all international shoppers. You can customize this behavior to only show up for shoppers from certain countries:
- Go to Dashboard -> Settings.
- Under the Hello section, click Enabled countries.
- Select the countries you want to enable Hello for.
- Click Save.
Behavior for domestic visitorsÂ
Hello is designed to greet international shoppers, so it will not show up for your domestic visitors.
