Display store policies to your shoppers

You can display your refund, return, and shipping policies to your shoppers as well as links to your privacy policy and terms of service from directly within Checkout and Hello. This information can increase a customer's confidence in your international shopping experience and reduce the risk of cart abandonment.

How policies appear to shoppers 

If you have store policies set up on your account, they will display within Checkout and Hello.

Customize which policies you display 

To customize which policies appear to your shoppers:

1. Visit Dashboard -> Settings
2. Under the Checkout section, select "Store policies"
3. Enable which policies you wish to display
4. Customize each policy's display with the options under where you enabled it
5. Once you're satisfied with your changes, click "Save"
6. Changes will reflect automatically across Checkout and Hello.

If you wish to not show policies at all, you can toggle the "Display store policies to shoppers" option at the top of the page. You can see how your store policies are presented to shoppers by previewing your checkout.
