In order to use Checkout with BigCommerce, you will need to install both the Checkout and Hello apps from the BigCommerce app store:
- Log in to your BigCommerce store.
- Go to our app store page for Checkout.
- Click Get this app.
- Go to our app store page for Hello.
- Click Get this app.
Once you have installed both apps, follow our BigCommerce integration guide for step-by-step instructions on how to set up Checkout.
Note about ShopifyÂ
We understand that Shopify is an incredibly popular platform for ecommerce businesses of all sizes and types. We are unable to offer Checkout for Shopify because they explicitly prohibit the use of third-party checkout solutions. You can still use our Landed Cost app for Shopify to calculate duties and taxes for your customers, but you will need to use Shopify's default checkout for your customers to complete their purchases.
