Manage your team

Add team members and set permissions.

Adding your team to Dashboard with the correct permissions will empower them to view and edit information as required, while safeguarding sensitive data. Additionally, if you have multiple stores with Zonos, you can log in once and conveniently switch between them to manage all stores efficiently.

Permissions and access

Each access level includes the selected level’s permissions and all the permissions of the lesser levels.

Manage team members

Invite a team member

Only a team member with admin permission can give Dashboard access to another team member. To invite a new team member:

  1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Team.
  2. Click Add team member.
  3. Enter your team member’s email and name.
  4. Select the permission level you wish to grant your team member's account.
    1. Optional—Select which department your team member is in.
  5. Click Send invite. An invitation with a link for your team member to set up their Zonos account will be sent to the email address you entered.

For security reasons, Zonos employees are not allowed to create new team members or change permission levels. If all admin users are no longer with your company, please ask your IT department to get access to a previous user's password reset email to allow you to make edits as needed.

Update a team member

To update a team member's name, email, or permission level:

  1. Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Team.
  2. Select the user you would like to edit from the list of Team members.

  4. Click Save.

Note: You can also send a team member a password reset email from here.
