Manual audit and review

For Premium Classify users, Zonos will manually audit, review, and correct a subset of your Zonos Classify requests to constantly and consistently improve the accuracy of your classification results.

Audit and review process 

Classify is built on a multimodal AI system that is powered by billions of training records and advanced algorithms. This system allows Classify to immediately provide accurate and reliable results for the majority of customers.

While Classify provides sufficient results from the get-go for all users, we understand the unique challenges posed by low-risk business models or low-quality input data. Consequently, we've developed a manual classification queue to meet these higher accuracy requirements:

• Automated flagging: Classifications are automatically flagged based on a specific confidence threshold or if they fall within the lowest X% of confidence scores, depending on your use case and contract. This targeted approach allows us to concentrate on refining the most critical areas.

• Expert manual review: Flagged items are manually classified by our expert classifiers. This manual step is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of accuracy for challenging classifications.

• Continuous learning and model improvement: These manual classifications are then integrated into our AI model, enabling it to learn from the most complex and nuanced cases. This ongoing enhancement process keeps our model at the forefront of accuracy and efficiency.

• Efficient classification retrieval: We then store the manually classified items in a specialized table. For new classification requests, we first check this table for an existing manual classification based on the item's unique identifier (itemKey). If a match is found, it is used. If not, the request progresses through the standard Classify API flow.
