Users & roles
Adding a new user
After logging in to the Zonos app with your email/password, go to Team on the dashboard menu and select the blue +ADD TEAM MEMBER button.
Assigning roles/permission levels
Note: Each user permission level includes itself and everything below it.
Admin: access to all settings, features, and options for your stores
Billing: can modify billing, finance, and accounting-related information
Manage carriers: can edit shipping settings
Manage orders: can view and edit Orders
Viewer: no write access - only allowed to view information
