Merchants can edit and update their shipping settings and information within the Zonos app.
- Under the Configure section on the Dashboard sidebar, click on the Checkout tab.
- Click on the Shipping options box.
- Select the CARRIER drop-down next to the airplane to change your carrier.
The General tab is where you can set the number of fulfillment days, indicate your warehouse picking cut off time, customize where you want to display the arrival time, input a general shipping message and/or carrier account number, select a rate type, etc.
The Landed cost tab allows you to enable landed cost and input information such as where your products are made, your most commonly used HS code, description of your goods, etc.
The Rates tab lets you indicate if you want to increase the shipping cost by an amount or by a percentage.
The Countries tab is where you can enable and disable your ship to countries.
