Zonos Payments Setup
Learn how to set up Zonos Payments.
Add a bank account
Go to the Zonos Dashboard. You may need to log in to your Zonos account first.
Go to Checkout > Payments. Click Add bank account.
Enter your bank information. Once you complete all the fields, make sure to click Save.
Validate through Stripe
Now, click Validate account. This will take you through Stripe’s validation process.
- Stripe will ask you for the following business data:
- Business address
- Business phone
- Business website
To complete Stripe’s personal information page, you must be an individual authorized to sign on the company’s behalf.
- You will be asked to enter the following:
- Legal name
- Home address
- Social security
- Check the box if you own 25% or more of the company.
- If Stripe determines that the company information matches what is on file with your state registration, you will see a confirmation page. Click Done.
Check verification status
After you’ve gone through the Stripe validation process, you will be taken back to the Settings page in your Zonos Dashboard.
Under “Zonos Payments”, you will initially see “verfication pending” as the status.
You can check back here to see when your status is confirmed to “Zonos Payments Active”.
