Abandoned cart emails
Bring back customers with the Zonos abandoned cart emails feature.
You can easily set up this service within the Zonos app. Find further detailed info about our abandoned cart recovery service by clicking here.
Follow the steps below to enable abandoned cart emails:
Make sure the email address that you want Zonos to send from on your behalf is enabled. This can be done by navigating to the “Store” section in the Zonos app and completing the “Verify Store Email” in the company section.
Go to Checkout > General > Emails, then enable “Abandoned cart” emails.
Once enabled, you can scroll down and set up your abandoned cart settings.
Abandoned cart emails will not be sent to EU customers unless customers have opted in to marketing emails in the Zonos Checkout or if you choose to disable the GDPR settings.
