Multi-factor authentication

Enable multi-factor authentication for your Zonos account.

Zonos supports adding a layer of security to your account by using multi-factor authentication (MFA). You may enable it for all team members on your Zonos account or individual users. When MFA is enabled, users must use an additional code to log into Dashboard.

Supported authentication methods

Dashboard supports the following methods for receiving authentication tokens:

  • Email - Upon login, the user’s primary email will get sent a token that they can use to log in. Email addresses need to be verified through Dashboard before they can be used.
  • SMS - Upon login, the user’s selected phone number will get sent a token that they can use to log in. Phone numbers need to be verified through Dashboard before they can be used.

Enable or disable MFA
