Only store owners or those with permission to manage collaborator requests can give Zonos access to a store.
Zonos will send a collaborator request through Shopify. In some cases, you may need to share a code before Zonos can send you a request.
Some retailers require a collaborator request code as an extra layer of security. If you have the setting only people with a collaborator request code can send a collaborator request enabled in Shopify, please provide your code to Zonos by following the steps below. If you do not require a code, you can skip this step.
After providing the code to Zonos, you will still need to review and approve the request before access will be granted.
If Zonos has sent a collaborator request to you, you can accept the request via email or within Shopify itself:
Shopify allows you to choose what information and settings to share with Zonos. Access to your shipping settings (manage settings) is the most helpful, but access to your orders, draft orders, products, discounts, themes, markets and locations is also beneficial when it comes to troubleshooting.

Learn how to allow Zonos to log in and access your ecommerce platform settings.
Adding Zonos as a user/collaborator in your ecommerce platform allows Zonos teams to log in and access your website settings. When we have access to your backend, our Professional Services and Support teams can clearly guide you during implementation, validate your settings and quickly troubleshoot any conflicts we see. While not required, this proactive step will ensure a smoother implementation process and a better overall support experience for you. We respect your security and will only access what is necessary to help you get the most out of our services.
