Customize display preferences

Choose your weight and measurement units in Zonos Dashboard.

Dashboard supports customizing your display preferences to provide the most user-friendly experience for you, regardless of where you are located in the world. To customize your display preferences, log into Dashboard and select Display preferences under the menu that shows up when you click your name in the bottom left-hand corner.

Using local units of measure 

Dashboard supports entering weights and dimensions in both imperial and metric units. To customize your default units, select the appropriate units of measure under Dimensional units and Weight units in the Display Preferences.

Inputs for weights and dimensions across Dashboard will default to using the units saved in your Display Preferences, but they can be overridden by selections near each input field. Values saved with specific units will be displayed with those units.

For example, if your display preferences are set to kg and you select lbs when creating a catalog item, that item will still display in lbs.

This setting only applies to you as the user, not to all team members on your Zonos account.

The following weight units are supported:

• Pounds (lbs)
• Ounces (oz)
• Kilograms (kg)
• Grams (g)

The following dimensional units are supported:

• Inches (in)
• Feet (ft)
• Centimeters (cm)
• Meters (m)
