Zonos for ShipStation

Learn how to integrate Zonos and ShipStation and create rules to ship your orders with prepaid duties and taxes.

This document explains how to connect your Zonos account to your ShipStation account and how to automate rules to create Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipments for your Zonos orders that have prepaid duties and taxes. Zonos supports Shipstation users that are connected to Shopify (not currently using discounts) and BigCommerce platforms. There are two steps required to get your account connected properly:

  1. Connect your Zonos account with ShipStation.

  2. Create rules to mark Zonos orders as having prepaid duties and taxes to prevent duplicate orders. The steps differ based on the Zonos product, so be sure to choose the correct instructions below.

    1. For Zonos Landed Cost users
    2. For Zonos Checkout users

Once you have completed the steps below, please make sure to test your ShipStation automation rule prior to shipping. ShipStation has a video tutorial on creating automation rules here.
