Manage all orders in Dashboard

Learn how to identify your orders, view their status, and filter orders.

Order numbers 

You can see both your ecommerce platform's order number and Zonos' order number from Dashboard's Orders page.

Identify the order number

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders.
  2. On the Orders page, both order numbers will be displayed under the Order column.
    • The top number is the ecommerce platform’s order number. This may not appear if orders do not sync to your ecommerce platform (common with Zonos JS integrations).
    • The bottom number is the Zonos order number.

Order statuses 

There are three order statuses in Dashboard: Succeeded, Shipped, and Cancelled.

  • Succeeded: New orders will have a “Succeeded” order status. They are ready for you to ship!
  • Shipped: Once you generate a label in Dashboard (or add a tracking number to the order in Dashboard), Zonos will update the order status to “Shipped”.
  • Cancelled: When you cancel an order in Dashboard, the status will update to ”Cancelled”.

Some integrations sync order status from the ecommerce platform to Dashboard. Depending on the integration, orders shipped or canceled outside of Zonos may automatically update the status in Dashboard.

Verify order status

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders.
  2. On the Orders page, the order status will display under the Status column.

Order filtering 

You can apply filters in Dashboard to easily locate orders based on status, date range, and more.

Filter orders

  1. Go to Dashboard → Orders.
  2. In the top right corner, click Filter.
    1. Orders can be filtered by status, service level, date range, and total order amount range. You can also choose to hide test orders.
  3. Click Apply to apply the filter.
  4. To remove the filter, click Filter and select Clear.
